They really do look great, I’ve ran cooper st maxx on a couple rigs and these seem pretty much a sweet clone! Hope they last and are as tough in the long run!

I'm going off of what I read here on TW that this size tire will fit a stock trdor.
If not it's lift and chop time.

Do you know what those weigh? For whatever reason, Mastercraft doesn't list the weights, at least on the spec sheet I'm looking at.

Actually 53 lbs per tire that was the shipping weight.

New 255/80r17 falken wildpeaks load range E. Looks good, ride is stiffer and feels a little squirrelly on the highway. Also noticed the mpg is still about 15. I’m coming from 285/70r17 ko2s load range C. Haven’t aired down and done any real wheeling, but if I have anything significant about which to comment, I’ll post after next weekend. Thanks for all the helpful info on this thread.

Pulled the trigger on some 32s because the truck is still my daily. On the truck they are perfect width. I cant ever imagine going to a 285. Looks perfect (which is very important to 99% of us), rides great, and are at the moment as quiet as my H/T tires. Next tires will 100% be a 255/80/17. Not stoked about an 85% sidewall on a 16" rim with 3 inches of lift but I also have never driven with that setup. Thanks @Unchained 5150 for the advice

The Mastercraft’s are made by Cooper. They do look very close to the ST Maxx.

Your truck is the NATO equivalent of the 5.56 round. Looks military. Very nice.

E loads tend to feel squirrely on the highway for a little while before they break in and then they are fine.

So I went with 5 TRD Bronze Beadlock Wheels, looking to put 255/85/16 on them. Going to be Summer Wheels. Out of what's available in this size, which do you suggest I go with?

I'm looking at getting new wheels and tires next month for my 19 TRD OR. Will probably go with 255/80/17 wildpeaks. Wheels will be 17x9 with a -12 offset. I'm lifted 2" in the front and 1" in the back. My concern is rubbing with the negative wheel offset. Does anyone have a simar lift/wheel offset running this tire that can give me some advice? I already removed the front mudflaps, I just dont want to hack up the truck too much.... am I better off getting wheels with a 0 or small positive offset?
