Yes I've searched I've seen some timing cover leaks, but mostly drivability. And cant seem to find the threads now that I'm looking.
So both of my rigs are kinda crapping out on me. Trying to live the non payment life but I'm sick of broken down trucks.
I'm not planning on any upgrades besides a 265/75 more aggressive tire and a winch. No lift or anything of that sort.
Got my eye on a 2020 DCSB Manual.
I'm not concerned with drivability at all. I just need a reliable truck that moves under it's own power to take me on adventures.

They seem to be just as reliable as the 1st and 2nd gens.

I wouldn't have bought a Tacoma or a Tundra if they weren't reliable. Engineer here. Reliability and durability are my middle names. #Titos

No issue here after 3 1/2 years beside the delayed shifting recall.

I’m not sure what your criteria is, but there are several certified 2015 manuals listed on cars.com with low miles.

If you really want a 2015, you might have to fly to go get it. I only did a quick search on that year.
