    That kit should includes the mastero rr. It will let you keep the steering wheel controls and probably the backup camera. Not sure what other crap you’re referring to but it should give you more crap to play with.

    Really? It's not the default gauge, I had to set the display that way. It's not in the menu of gauges?

    This may be a silly question, but you have an automatic, not a manual?

    It could be that the OBDII didn't have a transmission reading back then. I am genuinely surprised.

    Good afternoon, I haven’t read through entire thread so hoping I didn’t miss this question in there.

    last year I installed this unit in my 2017 and love it. The only thing I’m not stoked on is the mounting unit I was told to order. It’s the
    Metra Black 99-8251B Mounting Kit for Toyota Tacoma 2016 & Up.

    There is gap all the way around the unit that’s about 1/4” thick or maybe a little less. Is there another mounting kit that has a more flush fit?
