I’m at Stevenson Toyota west. While I’m waiting it is nice to be able to walk the lot without being hounded. Cavalry blue has really grown on me. Wish I got that color instead. A lot used 2017 MT’s are here too. Hopefully the service team does not F up my truck.

Was just there yesterday. They’re cool enough. Definitely not a bad dealer in my opinion.

I had a bunch of maintenance done on the Prius in December and then the TSB leaf springs on the truck a couple weeks ago. They are a pretty good dealership. Their prices on parts are reasonable, paid $28 for a set of spark plugs.

Never again for me. Took my 2018 OR in for my 5k service which included a tire rotation. They went nascar style on my brand new wheels and chowdered every lug hole. $900 tire rotation for them since they had to replace all four wheels. Idiots!!!

Check everything they do. Drive it home and look for leaks but before you leave there be sure to look at your wheels. I cant imagine how many people probably never check and drive off with F'd up wheels.

I should mention they did the oil change since I had the truck for a year even though it only had 5k miles not 10k as recommend

I had a dealer mess up our Rav4 wheel. Even though it was stock wheel, I had them repair it.
Now I have found a dealer that has an oil change tech that I ride motorcycles with. He will take care of my vehicles from now on.
And yes, I just had my 1 year service on the Tacoma and they changed the oil at 3k miles, because its based on miles or age, whichever comes first.

So you have a Inferno Tacoma and a Rav4 in your fleet? Nicely played...I also have a Inferno Tacoma and just bought a Rav4 last week.

Same boat as you. About to have my dealer replace my oil at 5k since it's due at 10k/1year and my 1 year is coming up.

I did my 1 yr oil change the week before my service, thinking I don’t want them to half ass it and break stuff but since I don’t have a lift to rotate tires had them do this. I get home to wash the truck and notice every wheel was scratched chipped and dinged! You can see the jabbing of the impact miss the lugs and either left a trail of a scratch or chip. And it’s on every wheel- I’m thinking how careless can you be to make the same mistake multiple times on every wheel? Must of had stevie wonder working on the truck

this was beginning of sept and I took pictures immediately and sent to the service manager. Still waiting to hear what they are going to do. Was told the guy was on vacation last week or 2 so I’ll be calling up tomorrow. Although I know I’m not interested in a touchup pen repair. It needs to either be professionally repaired or replaced is my thinking. Am hoping for a replace and then ask if they have any of the t4r off road wheel take offs laying around

Shit sorry to hear that. It wasn exactly a cake walk getting my dealer to replace mine. They first said because three weeks had gone by before I notified them they would not be able to help me.
I called BS and told the service manager I just washed my truck for the first time since I got it back and it would be in the dealerships best interest to do the right thing for a three time repeat customer not to mention I'm retired and have plenty of time to stand out in front of your store with a nice big sign letting the community know how you treat customers vehicles and then do nothing about it.

Then I was told they would have them fixed. Nope not good enough they are brand new and you will REPLACE them. When the wheel repair shop quoted him a flat fee of $150 a wheel he finally decided to eat a few hundred more dollars and ordered my wheels.
I just bought a 2019 Rav4 Adventure Edition from them and needless to say they will not be touching it.

Good luck to you and dont give up until they make it right.

Just got the first oil change at dealer, they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, and "Toyota Care" is free for 2 years

I use the smaller dealer the next County up they seem to care more. The dealer in my town is Autonation which is just to large, they were much better when family owned.

I just had mine done and I was out in 40 minutes. I specifically asked them to check all fluids but I have a low confidence level that they did that. I’m taking it to my buddies shop for an oil change and double check.

I’ve had terrible luck with dealerships, my brother on the other hand, has had great service from the same dealership, only place he brings his 4R.

After about a month and a half they finally replaced the wheels.

Tried seeing if they would swap the stock sport with t4r or wheels (id pay any difference) but didn’t have any and didn’t seem interested in the extra work to get some. He did say he had trd pro wheels but I wasn’t interested. Just glad they made it right and in the process I found out I had an unbalanced wheel/s that was causing vibrations. It hasn’t rode this smooth, ever.
