What the letter actually says is that the campaign hasn't started yet. The letter is more of a "heads up" that the campaign is coming. If you have corrosion issues currently, they will rectify that under this warranty, but the clock won't start until the campaign actually does, and another letter will be sent as notice to that. If you have problems now they'll handle it. If not, wait for the notice and then they'll inspect, replace frame if it needs it, and spray it if the frame is ok. Been through this with another Toyota.

They will put all kinds of stickers and appliques on it, market it as such, and sell it for a godawful markup. Maybe even a pace car.....

Around here, could have just put it on the sidewalk in front of your house and somebody would come and surely pick it up....but then you couldn't load and haul it in your truck!

Pace car. LOL! Probably one of the rich and famous bought it or it is now sitting in Toyota headquarters showroom.

HI was like that. We couldn’t donate a box spring to save our lives, but it was gone in three hours when we put it on the side of the road.

Once auntie seen it, it was gone!

That's actually a standard thing for eurospec vehicles I noticed in Germany, and it's a great idea. As fast as they travel on the A bahn, and as fast as traffic is getting here it's a no brainer. The lame rear reds on US spec cars can't be seen rolling into any kind of fog, and these things, when used properly, prevent a lot of accidents.

Man I'm so paranoid to bring them home that I take a folding chair with me to the doctors office. I don't sit down at fast food joints either. I get it and bring it home to eat. I know some folks don't seem to mind living with the damn things but I would rather not.

I'm with you, my son moved in with us a few years ago, and guess what....yep, over 2 grand later finally got it resolved after he moved out. Super paranoid now, won't even enter the house with clothes on after a trip (disrobe in garage and stuff goes straight into the washer/dryer).

TRD emblems, tinted windows, OEM running boards, AVS vent shades, RMAS upgrade, LED lights in front and rear, interior LED lighting upgrade, LED lighting in bed, touch control dash mount for LED lighting, auxillary 12v and USB jacks in bed, replace all speakers with Infinity, custom mod with Bose tweeters, TRD Pro illumination mod...
Added a bumper protector yesterday. Read some reviews stating low impact rear ends would be minimized with this unit installed and it adds an additional brake light as well.
Will hide the wiring harness at another time.

Picked up my KO2’s , prepped-painted (can’t handle seeing the white letters when looking under the truck) and ready to have installed first of the week. Have over 75K miles on my Michelin Defenders, great tires but wanted a little more rugged tire this time.
