U bolts are really the only thing Ill tighten with mine. But if I do it on the middle setting, almost always do I still get a few turns out of a torque wrench going to 90lbs.

I have too, which is why I want these guys' recommendation.

I wouldn't use an impact for tightening, but rather breaking loose.

Would be useful to have on the trail once I become even more daring and I've got my 4x4.

I thought about getting a battery powered one to bring on the trail too but most of the battery ones within my budget were pretty weak compared to corded impacts. There are some nice ones though if you spend the coin for them

I'm not and I don't have any experience or anything with any of that stuff, like it doesn't run in our fam etc. But I've heard of some having good success on reversing their diagnosis and getting off blood pressure meds through lifestyle and eating changes. Can that stuff really affect pre-diabetes as much as these people are saying? Wouldn't surprise me but who really knows without trying it. You should give it a roll:D or not lol

I always torque my wheel lugs. Every car, every time. Too much liability at risk.

I mean a lot of people do it and anytime you take your truck in for new tires they're gonna use an impact to zip them back on. I just don't take the risk when doing it myself personally

Wait nm thought you were talking about an impact

Never heard anything bad come from somebody who uses a torque wrench on lug nuts. All the horror stories come from either over torqued or under torqued lugs. Not worth the risk imo.

I'll start the lug nuts with fingers than impact on the low 20 lb setting or whatever it is and than tighten it down by hand. Nothing wrong with torque wrenching em down, I just don't

I've got one of the Makita impacts. Sure does make home tire rotations snappy. It lives in a bag with a kit that has all the common size lugnut sockets and gets dragged along on long trips.

Not strong enough to get the real nasty suspension bolts though. Thats what a breaker bar with a jack handle slipped over the end is for.

Add me to the torque wrench lugnuts every time crowd.

I found out in 2018 none of my family is biologically related to me. I know more than I want to know about my bio moms side but almost nothing about my bio dads side. Surname Rambo sums up the quantity of information I have about him. I'm just saying I dont know jack about medical history on my bio dads side.

I started working out about 2 months ago. Every morning. Stopped about 2 weeks ago and I feel worse since I stopped - whoops no whining allowed by me about me see ya' lol

Used this method to break loose my caliper bolts. Needed a swivel on my impact to get to em, and those things will suck the power out of a gun.
