    Just use “plasti-white-out” for corrections. :rofl:

    Man, you have lots of patience. That would’ve been the point where I bought the black cap or a new bumper...maybe even a new Tacoma who knows. I’ve got zero patience with my own mistakes that it always hits me in the wallet to avoid them in the first place. As long as you fixed it I guess. :)

    Not bad! Now cap that tow hitch and black chrome tip on that exhaust!

    Small tip, if YOU ARE going to spray the exhaust pipe or a tip, then do NOT use plasti-dip. You'll need to use high heat spray like this:

    Agreed, this is exactly what I used. The stainless tip has to get touched up from time to time but the exhaust pipe still looks good.

    Also- DO NOT use the rust oleum version of plastidip, that stuff sucks so bad.

    I thought I did, but I don’t. I’ll have to get one when it’s light out tomorrow.

    Holding the can too close?

    This has worked for me all the time with great results: 1st coat is applied very thin, so the surface you are painting can still be seen. Then you follow with 5-6 light coats with about 10-15 min drying time in between.

    When applied too thick too soon, it looks terrible and runs.

    Good luck man!

    @StayinStock

    It’s a little dirty from the rain we’ve been getting but should still be able to see it a little.

    I get 1 extra hp... but it’s not like those other mods, you actually feel this one off the line.

    It’s just a cleaner look, always annoying to step back and see the chrome or black stop suddenly.

    The great thing about a silver truck is “some” of the chrome blends in. Can’t even see it in the taillights or side signals.
