141K miles and counting on my 2017 TRD SPORT

Anyone else with these miles or close. 141,000!!!

 

Wow first post, did you just stop driving for a second since getting it to post that? Any issues in those 140k?

 

I bought my 2017 TRD sport right off of the semi still in plastic. 142k and all I’ve done is change the front brake pads. I use mobile1 Extended performance 20k mike oil with the 20k mole filter, but change every 5-7k. My Tacoma miles are mostly highway travel, but it still responds and acts as sharp as it did brand new! I swear I can’t feel a difference. On my third set of tires!

 

I'm at around 10% of that with my 2017. Do you Uber full-time or something wild like that?

 

Mine is inferno also. I don’t Uber. I drove it back and forth for business from Tennessee to Florida.

 

I’m at 92k but my work travel has slowed WAY down the last 6 months or I’d be right there. I was averaging 500-1000 miles a week for a long time

 

Holy shit that’s a lot of miles man. What do you do to put all those miles on your truck.

 

I am at 102,XXX. Zero problems at all. I have out front brakes on it. I tow a lot with it and my shocks need to be replaced soon, but otherwise not a single problem.

 

I wouldn’t have anything other than my Tacoma. The 3.5 Atkinson cycle has proven reliability to me. She is my baby and will be with me for as long as I live. I love this truck so much, I will fix it and fix it when the time comes.

 

I was hoping you’d be at 192k by now, lol. Never saw anyone clock miles like you did back then

 

I said that about a couple trucks...
I don’t know when I’ll stop buying Tacomas but I know I’ll keep something eventually. I’ve made money on most of them so it’s no big deal

 

Change spark plugs?

 

just ran the numbers, I'm at 13,747 since January 1. Last year in the same time frame I did 37,588

wow thats crazy

 

It must be nice having a break from all that driving though, I can’t imagine doing 40-50k a year... lol

 

I’ve got 7000 mi after 30 months

I just thought I lived in mine. Bought it on September 27,2017. Can honestly say mine also feels just as sharp even after all the caliche lease roads.
