Why is it so wrong to be masculine nowadays? If you don't want to be, let others do it for you. For the record some women look super hot in flannel.

Taco is the more flexible platform. You can take it any direction you choose. The Ridgeline not so much.

As I've said before, the ridgeline would be good for the majority of people here who want good mpgs, reliability and only really do forest service roads, but no "it isn't a real truck!"

I'm not for or against the Ridgeline, but my wife's 2019 Honda Pilot has a better paint job, door gap finish, and sound dampening than my 2019 Tacoma DCSB Cement Sport. I also found the Toyota leather too cheaply made & installed and went with Katzkins in my truck. Just saying.

Honda makes fine cars. My wife is on her second MDX and she loves it. I am sure Ridgeline would fulfill my needs just fine, I just happened to like Tacoma's looks and size better. I am not trying to get into a "member" measuring contest, but I do like my trucks to look masculine, that's all. Different strokes for different folks.

I’ve seen plenty of Ridgelines, my next door neighbor even has one. Still to this day, I have never felt the need to say “Hey Man, Nice Truck”.

For the record, my brother reminded me that...it's my sister in law's Ridgeline.

I think that the more we rag on the Ridgline the more we kinda dig it.:crapstorm:

Seriously though, if I lived in a really urban area like NYC it would come in handy more than a taco.

I was going to buy a Ridgeline last year but I could not afford the extra $100 a month on my bank payment.

Other things to consider about the Ridgeline:

    1. Ridgeline has a space saver tire, good luck when towing or hauling if you have a flat
    2. Turning radius is 22.2' vs 20.3'. Similar to a DCLB at 22.05'
    3. Rear doors don't fully swing out to maximize passenger/cargo entry

That said, if it didn't look like the Pilot, I probably would have gotten one.

Exactly. More options. Once you have it, you miss it on other vehicles.

Ridgeline is just a little too practical IMO.

I also don't care for the interior, and unibody platform.

Ridgeline has no option for a longer bed and only comes in a four door.

Ridgeline inspiration. It’s a minivan with a bed.
