Entune Premium Issues - Random Restart - 2nd Radio (1st replaced)

I have a Pioneer AVIC 8200 NEX and it reboots just like the entune system. I have an iPhone 7 Plus. I believe it must be an ios issue.

 

That's so weird... what could be the root of the problem if you have an aftermarket HU and still having this issue?

 

I'll further muddy the waters here. iPhone 11 Pro Max, and Entune on a '19 SR5. If I'm talking on the phone using BT it reboots. Same phone in my Audi with and Alpine head unit and no issues. Would suggest from this limited data set that it is a Toyota thing, aftermarket or not. Not sure how that works...

 

Using Android device also reboot while on a call... There is a lot of people around this forum with similar issue. I suggest we all should file the complaint in our respective model. Here is the direct link to report the issue (or any other issue) https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/

 

I just deleted phone from truck and vice versa. Connected via bluetooth again without syncing contacts and it does not reboot anymore.
Fixed the problem that is still a problem.
