Lol. Wow.

Well I may be in the same boat depending on the next house we move in to. We're starting to seriously look coming in November so if we find something we want, we're jumping on it... which means painting and possibly replacing carpet or whatever else my wife wants changed.

 

my exterior seriously needs painted, most likely the brick and all to make it look better.

well and I'm thinking split it somewhere for a break or for lunch or whatever we want to do. I'm not trying to die, I just want to have fun and get the most out of our trip down there. I'd really like to go see, maybe ride, thunder and lightning as well.

idk if I WANT to hit thunder and lightning, but I'd sure like to see it vs how it looks in videos.

I know it's impossible to avoid some sucky sections of uphill or whatever, but I want to avoid as much as possible if it's only going to take us to something basic, you know? just want to get as much worth out of this trip as I can, we don't have the flow at monte sano that oak mtn seems to have.

 

my dogs have destroyed my carpet and there is no way we will be able to sell the house without replacing it. We wanted to go ahead and do it so we could get some use out of it.

 

and you got a ballin' price on some of that flooring. how many boxes did you end up getting?

niceeee that's a good haul. I know I'm overpaying buying this stuff from HD, but it's so proven and lifetime warranty....and the floor is so ultra important to sell a home that in the end it's worth it to me..

 

i might have to buy another few boxes at full price. That will hurt

I can ride access trails all day. If its to get to a good trail, I'm all good with it. I just want to get mileage in and see the park. Never been before.

 

same, and I'm not above walking when my fat self gets out of breath.

it sure looks like even if we get tired going to thunder and lightning, all we have to do is ride brakes down it because it's so downhill lol

 

Sounds to me you're more of an enduro style rider. All downhill. The uphill and pedaling in general are only to get to the next downhill.

 

yeah but I'm not good enough, nor have the bike for downhill haha! it is definitely my favorite part, but I need gradual declines...not steep mountainsides...

just gotta keep getting better.

 

That's all it is. I'd like to get to the point I can bomb down hills again confidently.
