Since you're in WA now, Gallagher Head Lake/fortune creek, Is a pretty easy going trail with some fun sections. Should be even more difficult if there's snow up there now. I know a group of us just ran it last month, but i'm sure a lot of us wouldn't mind hitting it again in the snow.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Check out the Berliner in Renton if you want some German beer and food.

Georgetown has Calozzis cheese steaks which are rated the best this side of the country.

I liked the Westie or Roosevelt. There’s also a pretty sweet German pub around there too

definitely check out mt St. Helens if you haven’t done it yet. We came in from the east through Gilbert Pinchot national forest

also randomly found this place in Oregon that looked pretty sweet but it was closed when we went by
    https://www.evergreenmuseum.org/

The Oregon / California coast highway was fun too. There weren’t any sea lions on the docks in Newport and @Tigerian was convinced we wouldn’t find any and I was imagining hearing them. I made it my mission to find where they were hiding and there were hundreds farther south at the caves.

16742F27-CF2E-43B4-9820-4F9535D6908A.jpg I’m at Blarney Stone. They let me in with the dog, have a wonderful selection of Irish whisky, and make a rather tasty, albeit untraditional shepherds pie.

Hotel Alexis downtown is good too. Love their dining space which has an old library feel.

The Berliner was good though. I used to live just down the street. Local 907 or the 8bit Arcade Bar were also favorites of mine.

There’s actually a dog bar, I’ll get the name from my cousin. The owners drink and the dogs run around and have fun

Dogwood is mostly indoors but only has cans. Better when it’s rainy

Voff is mostly outdoors and has like 20 beers on tap. Better during sunny season obviously

Even saw a little antifa kid get told to take the bandana off his face by a cop and then talk mad shit once the cop was out of hearing distance... which I’m told is part of the experience. Even got to ride a Ferris wheel! Good stuff.

Hawaii homeless is bad too but they aren’t aggressive like they are up there. The city motto should be “can you spare some change”

im not even sure i want to go to portland at all lol. always seems to be on the news with some crazy shit, usually involving kids who still live in their parents basements and think communism is cool. but i do have a friend who lives there so i might tough it out
