    I am leaning towards the TRD and the Volant.

    I wouldn't do deep water crossing with it, but it should be fine otherwise.

    no worries about a deep water crossing ( prerunner), but want to ditch the existing and get a touch of oomph and that fraction of mpg increase wouldn't hurt in the long run

    the engine sounds too good at full throttle for you to expect better gas mileage.

    Cobra CB, Firestik II w/ Relentless hood mount, 4x Innovation sliders, Level 8 tracker pro, TRD exhaust, home made grill insert, Leer XR, led bed lights, King shocks, LR uca, Pelfreybuilt front/rear bumpers and skid plates, B.A.M.F. rear shock relocate.
    I got K&N installed. It increased hp but not gas. And it sounds great at high rpms.

    BHLM, 3" toytec coilovers, blacked out billet grille, hella 500's behind grille, volant CAI, Dual flowmasters 40's, HID, DTLT
    in my opinion get the volant cai. i have one on my 4.0 and i love it. Sounds mean in the higer rpm's
