    some places call those "sopapilla's" which they arent really. They are still good, just not what I'd call a sopapilla...even though they are the same ingredients the ratios are different which make sopapillas puff up more, and are more tender than a tortilla...

    We have a sign hanging all over our yard, that basically says.. No job is so important that shall be rushed endangering a life"

    Which is something more in my industry needs to take to heart. Where someone was killed on the job every 13 days on average in 2017.
