Yeah, I probably should.

 

Would a nearly whole 4' x 8' sheet of diamond plate steel be enough for a front and rear bumper for a Tacoma? One corner of it has about 24" x 18" missing.

 

You might want to ask @RelentlessFab that question as well.

I think so, too. I see a bunch of Furds in my area with diamond plate bumpers. I just figured they would know how big of a piece of plate steel goes into a bumper.

Replacing whole assembly

 

Front and rear, I doubt it. Possible if its an existing design nested and cut with little loss on a CNC table, if hand cutting and just designing on the fly then there will be some loss. Could likely do a front bumper out of it excluding the rear
