MANNNNNNN. This casein shake is fucking on point. Like I could drink a gallon of this. Random I know but

    1 cup milk
    2/3 cup yogurt
    1 scoop GNC chocolate casein
    The rest water

Gahhhh it’s like a milkshake made by Arnold

Thread is dead today. What's up?

I’m 6 days into the new +500cal diet. BW has jumped +5lb of water to 177 and seems to be holding there. I feel gooooood. Feel strong. I'm making up the added fat with more beef, bacon, whole eggs, cheese. Haven't changed anything else. Just eating more rice and potatoes for the extra carbs.

Ordered a singlet today. That makes me a powerlifter, right?

Upper body and abs day for me today.

Jim Stoppani has convinced me to go back to doing things the way that has worked for me.
I’m moving carbs back to post exercise, not before. I’m also organizing the schedule so I lift and speed train in my eating windows. I only do LISS fasted.

    No.
I reread his book and you know... I really don’t want to go back to powerlifting. I want the big 5 in my routine but I don’t want to powerlift.
My goals are to be lean, agile, and have incredible endurance.

I also think that Stairs help running, I need to use the stair machine again.

No workout yesterday, helped put out about 750 barricades at work so that’s my “workout”.
I haven’t been doing my pushups lately so last night I pushed out 20, stood up and my arms/chest started cramping so I drank about 8 oz oh Gatorade and then 16 Oz of water to combat the cramping and under hydration.

Pushed out another 20 push-ups so far at work, not sure if I’m going to workout tonight, I want to at least log 1 mile with my dog since the weather is cooling down but I think it’s going to be late by the time I make it home.

No they’re just lazy. You, on the other hand, have used all 13 of your calories and just don’t have any energy after your 78 hour fast.

That would be truly impressive to go 78 hours off of 13 calories

FWIW I could sleep all day no matter how much I do or don’t eat lmao

Hes a well respected scientist and trainer. And hes also The Rock’s consultant.

I don’t know about his supplements because I don’t get into all that bullshit to begin with. The supplement market when it comes to pre-workouts, protein, magical hydration, and recovery is a whole lot of bull shit to begin with. People piss away a lot of money on that crap. And this is coming from someone who uses supplementation effectively in place of pharmaceuticals. I’m very pro supplement but I don’t get into the types of supplements that sell shit I can easily consume on my own with real food and it has the same effect.
Plus I think the overwhelming majority of that shit is just unhealthy. Between the flavors, colors, sugar, additives etc.
With these supplements, everyone is a liar and exploiting people who want to get fit.

I’m kind of bummed he got into the supplement market but hey this is America right? Gotta pay the bills and hes free to start his own business.

I respect him as an exercise physiologist. The guy is shredded and looks awesome. His nutritional advice is stellar.

Yeah, I've heard he has good workouts, but says a lot of shit regarding supplements. Selling stuff that's BS based on his "Dr." label.

That right there makes me have no care for the dude. If you’re willing to just use your title to sell shit that’s not true and expect people to believe you because you’re a doctor.... there’s no integrity in that

I do. But I have yet to see anyone say he’s selling shit or full of shit. If that day comes whenever something is revealed , I’ll dislike that fucker too lol.
