Fuck. This just reminded me I turned the espresso machine on.... 3 hours ago. And forgot to make an espresso. Right as I was about to go pull a shot my boss pinged me to go over my mid year review.

 

The fitness thread woot. Got a show in San Antonio on the 19th. Depleted and feel like complete dogshit but damn I look good lol.

 

Well, it’s not missing. It’s just 70-80% detached from my humerus.

Tore it several years ago. Combination of bad medical advice and me being an idiot led me to not getting it repaired.

Cool I was classic but switched over to mens physique after 5 national shows and highest finish a 5th. Second national show in Pittsburgh finished 1st in physique and got my card. I'm right at 6'4" and hit the stage around 245.

Yea it's a national qualifier for amateurs then they will bring the Pro bikini women and us in as a draw. Well the women are the draw and we are just there to watch them lol. It's gonna be interesting I haven't seen the final lineup yet but mensphysiquenews will post it on ig shortly. See if there will be 15 of us on stage or 50 lol.

 

When I was a young lad growing up in junkyards and around tradesmen...seemed like welders were always the witty shit talkers... You're not the 2nd thin skinned welder I've encountered in the past couple years are you? Grab a Snickers young buck..

Board shorts don't need legs do they ? Back in the 90's so hard to get a pro card (BB) and now with all these new divisions they hand out like Halloween candy.

 

No but if you don't work legs then why even go to the gym. I do them sometimes twice a week and back twice a week because those big compound movements promote growth everywhere. Don't forget I'm 6'4" so I'm long and it shows in spots like the legs. It's still incredibly hard in BB having to finish first and the national shows I've been to have had some crazy stacked competition. Even physique still caters to the short guys because they look thicker and more 3d especially in the back than us tall guys. But hell when we at the beach aint nobody looking at someone 5'10 next to me. Took me 7 trips to a national stage for mine but I know BB guys that are on their 40th plus trip and still don't have their card. We got what we got we can mold it a bit and work it but it still comes down to genetics.
