ARB blinkers tapped into my DTRL's. Intermittent operations

Hey Everyone.

I am looking for some help, I am not the greatest with wiring so here it goes. I recently installed an ARB bumper on my 2010 Tacoma. I tapped into my DTRL which are always on, unless I turn on my headlights. I have noticed that while I am driving the passenger side wants to just shut off. The wire isnt loose, the DRTL doesnt flicker when I go over any bumps. To turn it back on I just turn the passenger side blinker on and it turns right on for a little while then shuts back off.

Any help? Should I add a relay? If so can someone provide a link on how I would go about that. Should I swap out the bulbs to LEDs?

If they worked before you swapped the lamps, then it might be your new lamp. If you didn't notice it before the swap...worst case it's the turn relay, since you stated the wires are fine.
