I was completely wrong

 

I would just trailer the truck... damn. No one will allow that repair to go down in their parking lot.

When I did my lower ball joints the bolts I got were different than what came stock on the truck. Not sure if it was an updated design or not.

 

Why not, not that log of a job. Hell with a couple wrenches and two bolts (he lost two and the others snapped), he could be rollable and limp closer to home

 

Oh I've just had bad experiences with parking lot repairs. Businesses get angry and insist you call a tow truck. They don't understand that it would be quicker and less of an issue to repair on site.

 

The bolts are exposed. I can just stick a vice grip and screw them out.

The tow is $375 from the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco to Hayward.

I threw it in drive from park without holding the brake. I think that was enough force to fucker up the bolts. That’s when I heard a loud bang. I thought it was just my u-joints. It wasn’t until I was on the main road when it gave me death wobbles.

 

Damn i miss that game

Thanks, but I actually ordered brand new ones from Gunny six months ago.

Really my own fault for not doing them sooner.

Never. They’re the original 110,000 mile ball joints.

 

Hmm, weird for the bolts to fail before the balljoint when you never messed with them.
