    Solid ice on the roads. Did between 50 and 35 the whole way, regular speed limit is 70 and 55. One truck flipped in the ditch just north of work. Most of the passes on the interstates are closed right now due to stalled or jack knifed semis.

    This VA Hospital is Awesome , I could barely fit in their normal beds with my bad leg my foot touched the foot board causing pain and sleepless nights . A RN i liked stepped up and ordered a new larger bed for me and got it last night at 1145hrs

    I've now have 2' space between my feet and footboard , I also slept very good last night


    Waiting right now on my PT schedule for today
