Oh, no way. I really like a lot of the modern ones, just not the ones that are all blood and guts. Like Saw. Or there was this one that was a Saw ripoff. Actually, there are a couple Saw ripoffs. I really like a lot of the SciFi horror movies too.

The best gross out horror I've seen is Dead Alive. It's campy and fun vs Saw that's just horrific. But it is certainly over the top with the bodily fluids

    LOL, sounds campy.

I have to admit though, Saw is good, very good. Especially for someone like me with an overactive imagination. The wife would rather not watch those types at all. Or any horror movies for that matter. Especially anything to do with being alone in the house, in the country at night. LOL, mainly because we can relate. There are times I look up the hallway first too before walking to the bedroom. I've seen those Ring type movies all too many times and even though I know there are no such things I get in my own head. That every third frame type of film always freaks me out. They are so much like nightmares.

Yea, the Grudge was the other one I was thinking of. Paranormal Activity is also freaky. Hell, I know it was not very good (on purpose) but the Blair Witch Project was freaky. #2 not so much.

So you probably like Event Horizon, which is creepy. If you do, they’re making a movie out of my favorite video game series, Dead Space, which is the only game to freak me out since the original Resident Evil. I’ve been waiting for someone to make it a movie, tho someone made a fan made movie trailer for it years ago.
