Here’s a little update on my cat trio since pancake has been adapting to the new surroundings

Maggie and peanut seem to be more tolerant of the little guy

He’s about 3 months old now and is about as cute as they come. Loves to curl up and take naps on me

they all have supper together and get along quite well.4AB53203-EFDF-4435-9E5F-736A3CE238C3.jpg

they like to remind me when it’s time to eat; hey dad watcha cooking for us?!? From left to right in assigned seats: pancake, Maggie, Peanut

When I woke up this morning my cat Murray was laying on the floor and couldn't move without crying and growling, the vet came and picked her up and took her in for emergency surgery to remove an abscess from inside her hind leg. Preliminary result sound like she is going to have a full recovery and should be able to come back home tomorrow.

Ask your vet about using Zyrtec. We have used it several times for cat allergies, and my aunt's cat had the same problem as Sapphire before starting it. The typical dose is 5 mg once a day. Generic (cetirizine) comes in 10 mg tablets that are easy to break in half and are very cheap. The tablets are small, and we just grind them up between two spoons and mix it in with moist food, or for a treat a little chicken baby food. The latter insures that they eat it all.

Finally brought this sweetheart home. Been waiting over a month for her to get up to weight (2lbs).

Everyone meet Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All. (Stormy for short)

She's so tiny and cuddly right now. I'm sure once she gets used to the new place and everything she's gonna run wild. Gonna have to introduce her to the dog at some point, too.

exactly...Mine are buried in my shop somewhere, funny thing is Ive met a few people that are actually decent people now, but I never knew them in high school. After retiring from the Air Force I came back to my home town, I still dont talk to 99% of the people from my school years..;)
