    Meal #2 for me.
Gumbo. I was too lazy to eat my cauliflower separately so I just tossed it in.

 does it take extra effort to eat cauliflower when its 2 inches away from the rest of your food?

Doing some Banded DL work to work on my acceleration helped me (I pull slow like a tractor lol) as well as using RDLs on a lighter day to get some work in without all the CNS fatigue from heavy conventional pulls.

YOU CAN DO IT! It always blows my mind when I see lifts like that by big guys squats or deads. I was doing squat walk-outs with 550-600 and I felt like my spine was gonna snap :D.
Prep diet mode  Ive only had 750 cals so far today. 8oz 93% lean beef burger with hot peppers, 8oz turkey burger with hot peppers. When I'm not dieting I still eat like I'm dieting most of the time then eat like an idiot on the weekends...Chkn looks grilled to perfection though, whenever I cook the tenderloins you could almost patch leather boots with them. G. Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce is my savior 10 cals/30g and it tastes great. Kinda pricey at neary $4 per bottle, but whenever I force myself to enter a Walmart store I usually buy every bottle on the shelf.

Im forcing this meal down lol if I kept it separate I’d stop eating at the gumbo where if I throw this in there its only forcing me to eat one thing not two.
I’m trying to trick my mind.

    be well :)

Also if I only ate when I was hungry I'd be 1400 pounds

I know I’m breaking the cardinal rule... force feeding myself LOL

In all seriousness if I didn’t occasionally force feed myself I’d be eating under 900 cals a day.
Most days my hunger is fine. Others I just have no desire to eat.

Flex Friday came early, mainly bc I was at the gym with that good lighting today and couldn’t pass up the photo op...

At a bit of a plateau but it’s my own fault. I’m able to stick to my proper macro plan 5-6 days per week but something always comes up to throw off at least one day. Tomorrow we have a home football game (NC State) to tailgate for, next Tuesday I have a date night with my wife for her birthday, and then the State Fair is coming to town and we are planning on going one day for lunch. Other than that, I should be good for the rest of October. November will be a different story. 3 more football games, Thanksgiving, and we are taking a 5 day trip to Orlando to go to Disney To celebrate our 1yr anniversary.

Just ate my favorite meal of the day. 7oz of prime NY strip all the fat shaved off of course and 8oz or red potatoes. Feel a solid deuce working up too, could be a great afternoon.

What is with everyone and red potatoes? Am I missing out on something wonderful by not eating these?

I do RDLs fairly regularly. Usually if I can get it off the floor, I can pull it. When I get to where I can’t break it off the ground, I do deficits a lot.

I mean they are tasty... but I’m a cheap bastard... lol

Now if I’m missing out on like some awesome dose of nutrients I might change my mind.
