Nope lol it’s just in the plan. I cut em in half and toss Em in light olive oil. Pop em in the air fryer and ready to rip.

Had a great press/pull day. Went decently heavy which felt great.

    Pull ups
    Barbell shoulder press with pause
    DB incline bench (tempo)
    Decline bench
    Incline skull crusher
    Tricep press down
    Reverse flys
    Side raises with pause
    Ab hang

Finished with a superset of tricep overhead extensions for a nice pump. Last main meal of the day is some bison and brown rice.

    Those actually look delish.

I need to do more roast potatoes. I’ve gotten too lazy about just tossing them in the microwave.

I used to live in Hampton Wwaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy back in the day.

The only thing I remember is in the summer you walked outside and it was like you were trying to breathe underwater.
I was 7. But I distinctively remember that.
And the great wall buffet by my house. Killer dumplings.

I’ll be been making baked sweet tater fries for supper almost every night. Spray them with some cooking spray and sprinkle Salt and cinnamon. Dip them in cream cheese or a cream cheese honey mix if I really have some carbs to kill. 10/10 do recommend.

I was with you until... and cinnamon and dip them in cream cheese.

I’m more of a rice guy.

I do like potatoes fried in butter w/onions tho. And roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

This is why I don’t eat potatoes lol

I really don’t know how you guys do that. That would kill me.

I have a business trip coming up in Nov and I’m going to spend 3 nights away from home and I think that shit sucks.

Just FYI. I make about $18-$22hr bartending so if you need to take a pay cut its a nice supplemental income. I took a pay cut which is why I do it.
Get fuckin lean and work ladies night. Bitches throw out them $$$ just sayin.

I lived in Charlottesville, great area (people are mostly decent) and great economy, weather was nice as well, humidity and heat were way better than south Ms.

Hmm, I think I know some folks out that way, looking for a welding job or just any job over $20/hr?

I’m technically a maintenance guy at a boiler power plant. There’s a job posted for that exact job up there that I’m gonna apply for tonight. I prefer maintenance cause it’s something different and makes you use your brain. But yea I can weld and am pretty decent. I can survive off 40 hours and $20-$22 even if I won’t be living good lol. I’m used to 60 hours and more pay. But Idc at this point. I can find a better job once I’m there. Just want to move and make my ole ladies cheeks clap cause we been apart for over a year and it fucking sucks lmao

if you want/need contacts PM me here or IG
    Good luck with the App!

I would love to make that $$$, I’m at 10.20/hr 40hrs only for my day job, once I am allowed to be paid for the reserves I’ll make more/hr with the reserves than my day job.
I do occasionally get good checks from the weekend business ($25/hr) but we’ve been too busy to work the weekend business the last 2 months.

Learn how to weld. I haven’t made less than $25/hr in like 4 years.

and that ain’t shit compared to tons of people making 6 figures. Lucky fuckers lol.

Semi-manual, lots of equipment operation but also manual labor mixed in.

I have my associates degree in welding, technically it’s 2 years of experience and can run MIG, dual shield, and SMAW pretty well, even passed 5G pipe bend test for SMAW.
I just don’t enjoy welding enough to do it at a shipyard (mostly what the welding jobs are around here) and make 15-17/hr or make even less as a fitter.
