I wanted to hang on for the 2020, but in the end, I got a deal I couldn't pass up. $35k OTD for a 2019 SR5 4x4 DCSB here in Nor Cal. I actually negotiated that price all through email. I'm loving my truck, and thanks to TW I'm mod it out to a sweet rig by the time I'm done.

But the best part is that it’s not even their first world problem. On TW we’re getting our panties all in a bunch about someone else leasing or paying more than we would or the wrong color paint. So petty ass 1st world bullshit.

Hey all! First time posting on here. I dont have a Taco yet but I’m actively looking to buy one. Im in love with the army green pro. My mindset is that if ill be driving it for 15+ years, why not get the one I want? Dealer is trying to tell me he can only get the pro with the decal package, which I dont like. Other option is an OR in Cement. Pro they have going $48753. “Fully loaded” OR for $42462. What do you guys think of the prices and any advice on trying to get a lower price? Thanks and looking forward to becoming a Taco Man.

I paid the same for my 2018 last October, and that was after a month back and forth with the dealer. No way there discounting 10+% this early.

Yup. Exact reason these threads are so frustrating sometimes. Lots of guys not being honest with what they paid.

Just trying to figure out what a realistic price is for the pro so I know when to walk away or when to buy. I feel like if I can get the OR with all those add ons for 40k, thats a good deal. But the pro I dont know. Paying close to 50k for a midsize truck seems crazy to me, but if thats what everyone else is doing...

Take the offer and shop it to other dealers. Our last Toyota they made me a offer and I thought it was too high, so I went to a dealer on the other side of town and they beat the price so I bought it. Another dealer will say no we cant or they can..

They also got me better financing so our payments were less..

Also helps to look up the vehicles on the lot and see how long they’ve been sitting. The dealer pays a monthly fee to keep each vehicle on the lot and they wanna move them fast. If they sit it costs them money and they are more willing to move on price.

    What is the decal package?

Like someone said above, for the OR take the offer and shop it to other dealers.

For the Pro... i think you are out of luck i doubt most dealerships will negotiate on the pro pricce especially when they just came out and are in high demand and with the army green color everyone wants.
If you prefer the pro i think you'll have to buy it as is realistically. Unless you'd be willing to wait until later this year
