    question....
whats the load rating on the molle panel (behind the seat)? planning to ratchet strap a medium size tool box back to it. I think maybe weighs around 50Ibs. think its over kill?

if the tool box is resting on your little storage cubbies underneath and you're just strapping it down to keep it from shifting you'll be fine.

yes exactly right. it will be on top of the cubbies, and will be strapped towards the molle panel. but i just dont want to have any movement went im out off road.

i am worried of over bending or over stressing the panel once i ratchet strap the tool box to it.

If you're not driving a trophy truck or pre running the Baja 1000 I think you'll be alright. The pannel looks like it secures in about 10 places so....

So my beloved tacoma was totalled recently (not my fault) and had the molle plate on for about a month. I'm going to be getting another tacoma and was wondering if it will fit the new truck. I'm going from a 2015 double cab to 2020 double cab that has the powered rear window. I've looked at some previous photos and shaded the area I think I will have to cut to fit the rear window motor.

Am I on the right track or way off?

It should fit, and yes, your shaded areas are perfect.
