    Same with every dealership..

Dealerships don't decide warranties outside of on the labor that they charge for. They're privately owned businesses, operating under contract with auto manufacturers - and those manufacturers decide what is warrantied and what isn't. The dealership isn't going to pay out of their own pocket if Toyota declines a warranty claim.

A lot of stuff, just ask and I'd be happy to tell you. Or we could wheeling/camping

I have personal experience with my dealership honoring warranties. So it fine for you to speak about your own experiences with your own dealerships, but mine has honored their end. I don't need a lesson on whatever it is you have had. I am trying to help a guy out who's looking for suspension and not void his warranty so let's stick to the topic and not your input.

I have over 20k in my truck and they have honored it every bit of the way, including the tires which I've already replaced one from damage wheeling.

His input was on topic, accurate on Toyota being the provider of the warranties and not individual dealers, and did not contradict your post.

Some half truths here. Your entire warranty will not be voided by a lift but portions of your truck that were covered by warranty maybe voided if it is determined by the dealer/manufacturer that the modification resulted in or contributed to the failure. This guy....King of the know-it-alls around here.

Go with what you posted first. Or equivalent. I wouldnt trust warranties or insurance companies whether you upgrade the suspension or not. The new suspension will be a huge improvement I bet.

There have been people here with 3rd gen issues such as the widespread howling rear differential and dealer service departments / corporate will blame the aftermarket tires, lifts etc just to get out of working on the vehicle. I've already had one carrier assembly replaced and when I asked the dealership service manager his thoughts on adding aftermarket tires he said "not no but hell no; not until Toyota engineers get the rear end problems resolved and issue a TSB" otherwise he explained they could have a hard time getting warranty work approved with aftermarket suspension and tire added.

I purchased ICON stage 4 earlier this summer and have been running it since. Totally in agreement with what has been said above. I'll eventually be replacing everything with King suspension.

I'm still here. I still don't trust warranties or insurance companies. I STILL love my Icon suspension. It has served me very well since 2013. Do the homework and enjoy your truck!

Dude the dealership I’m working with her in Alaska is GARBAGE. Not even gonna get into that . Also, I learned that there’s a serious difference between just a lift and an over landing setup. Also, I love my truck already man. These things are beast
