Trail rig or if someone is so inclined to go through the process there is the bonded title deal

So did I, glad I didn't. They used a mustang TOB that had some plastic parts that apparently leaked so they abandoned the product.
This one costs a bit more, but it looks like a nice piece and is rebuild-able. I'm impressed so far with what they sent, and their attention to detail.
    I'll report back :)

I knew it was your style. The Volvo was nice, but this is better in every way. I'm beginning to discover though how challenging they can be to work on. Know anyone with Star Diagnostics? I think it's going to be the big investment to keep it going if I never want to see a dealer.
The engine is smooth and linear, very German. My wife now wants an AMG in her life lol.

If there is a lost title here you don't necessarily need a bill of sale but will have to go through a bonded title procedure. Essentially they do a search you pay some monies for an insurance policy on the vehicle for the title then if everything comes back clear they issue you a new title (that's it in a nutshell). It use to be you could just walk in with a bill of sale and get a new title but there were too many issues with stolen vehicles so they nixed that shit. If there was never a title issued for a vehicle then you can do a bill of sale and you'll get a title but if there was a title issued you have to go through this procedure it's a PITA and can be expensive.

For some reason I have always wanted an E30 M3 but throw the E30 iX AWD under it factory wide body AWD goodness. But it'll probably never happen both cars nowadays are super hard to find in halfways decent shape and for a reasonable price. All the cool/not so cool cars from the 80s/90s are not demanding a premium kinda sucks since I remember when they were cheaper back then on the used market than they are now.

I've got an affinity for the LS400. Like the boxy look for whatever reason.

Yeah I like the 94-97 versions the best. For some reason the older German and Japanese cars I really like.
