    you are correct!

Barley contains gluten. It contains around 5 to 8 percent gluten, so it shouldn't be consumed by people with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity. Gluten is found in many whole grains, including wheat and rye

Yeah, the GF has mild celiac's so we've got a loooooooong list of things I can't use when I cook anymore. It's a hassle.

Wad looking at the Porsche and Audi in your signature. One thing I've always loved about Porsche, you better respect that car and bring your A+ game, when you drive it like it's meant to be it's always trying to take you out. :)

I threw a chuck roast in the crock pot this morning for a Mississippi pot roast. Will probably end up putting it on some rolls with provolone for dinner.

I did a job at Mezzetta Foods office today and they gave me a goodie bag with the Giardineira inside.

    Gonna make that recipe soon.

No pics unfortunately as I got home late and tore right in, but the Mississippi roast was definitely a winner. That’s my first time making that recipe and it is so easy it will be done again.

    In case anyone is interested:

    ~3lb chuck roast
    Stick of butter
    Dry ranch seasoning packet
    Onion soup mix packet
Pepperoncinis plus a little juice (I just had 3 left in the jar and I feel like you wouldn’t need much more than that)

Cook on low for around 8 hours until tender enough to shred/pull.
