    The winch only cares about the piece that is attached to the frame rails, which is effectively the same as every other hidden winch option out there. 1/4” plate of steel attaches to the 6 bolts currently holding your aluminum bumper support. Winch mounts to said steel plate.

    Sure, as long as you never pull in any direction except from the front of the truck. I'm concerned about any lateral forces placed on the fairlead that's mounted to the 2nd piece out front.

    It’s damn strong, but I suppose you could weld it up if you are concerned

    Yes.. the bolt just a pain.
    U gotta removed the grill.. relocate cooler.. u removed 6 bolts...reused them..
