    Holy crap that is a really cheap OEM MAF sensor...that one the spare or the one you put in? I'd be afraid of it not being legit at that price but hopefully it was!

    UPDATE, I THINK THESE ARE FAKE, MY TRUCK COULD NOT GO OVER 4000rpms
    WITHOUT BUCKING AND STUMBLING.
    SO I PUT MY OLD ONE BACK IN AND ITS RUNNING FINE.
    The picture posted is the old sensor that came out now in the new box,

    It came sealed in the box and fixed my problem, I did buy one from this person two years ago tho and is the one that failed.
    Same one. So it lasted 70k miles.
    You can see this person has sold 628 of these sensors with no negatives on them,
    So should be ok

    Well. I guess my truck sat for a while and had some rodent chewin up hoses. Check engine light came on from a hole in the PCV hose. $30 part. Go figure. Taped up for now until the part arrives this afternoon. Non S/C related. But just a heads up for you guys.

    I don’t. I’m running all stock. Aside from the rodents eating my truck, it’s running like my 2018 did. Except for the “I’m confused which of the six gears should be in . “

    Running a cooler thermostat in summer in particular you will get more power because of the lower temperature.
    Heat and superchargers dont mix.

    I run a 175 thermostat which keeps my temperature at 175-180, But thats because I have
    a much better radiator than stock.

    I don't know how much cooler the stock radiator will run with the lower thermostat in summer tho.

    There is quite a bit difference in power tho with the lower temperature 175 stat and supercharger

    Well having a manual trans certainly helps with that lol...yours is manual right? Unless I'm remembering wrong

    So two check engine lights in a month. One from the throttle position sensor and one from a hole in the PCV hose. Moving forward with methanol/2.2 pulley.
    It’s enough to notice. When cold, it’s runs so fast. When hot, it’s sluggish.
    It is manual. But it’s something else with the third gen. My buddy is re-gearing. The 3rd gen constantly is downshifting and upshifting up a hill. Going up the mountains, it goes 60 mph at 5000 rpms then shifts and a second later down shifts. It’s pretty bad. It makes passengers sick. My wife wouldn’t ride with me anymore. We had to take her car.

    This is where I disagree... maybe it's just my comprehension of what you wrote.

    Here's a much better written explanation that I could write up, but basically all that the lower temp thermostat does is allow your cooling system to pump/flow through the radiator at a lower temperature. Below the temperature rating of your thermostat, the coolant is not circulating in order to allow your engine to warm up to a proper operating temperature faster.

    Your INSANELY good radiator is what allows you to have a much better cooling system, which gets you those lower temps with the lower thermostat.

    So in summary, with the stock cooling system, it is unlikely that changing to a cooler thermostat will do anything since it will not allow you to cool that low anyway.

    If you get your temperature from 190-200 to 175-180 you will definitely feel a difference.
    Less chance for heat soaking too
