I had to give up the fast stuff. Just didn’t work with my daily activity, work, and sleep schedule.

Working out on E just sucked.

 

I keep hearing that they don't salt the roads in the PNW and have always been curious why they don't when they salt the crap outa them in the east?! Is it because of ice, maybe there isn't the underlying slick stuff out there?

The ER bill I’m not worried about right now as the hospital is billing insurance today. The Ambulance bill part is just weird as fuck. I have to call them up and figure it out. My best guess is that the amount they sent me for a check is all that’s left in my HRA. But I also don’t think that’s accurate lol

 

This job is actually 100% exactly what I do now at this plant by my town. I just applied for it and I pray I get it cause that would be perfect buttttt my luck doesn’t work that way so we gonna see lol

 

Is that a government position?

If you can get in with the Govt... consider it dude. Especially the feds. Pay is less but benefits can be decent.

 

Agree. Always thought guys like Freeman and Gunter looked better than the short guys and were robbed in many contests.

I sure as fuck hope not lmao. Hoping she’s one and done with this. I’m not fit for this lifestyle. Would rather be poor and live if a tent with her than be rich but never see her cause she’s off doing navy shit

I get it. Both my parents were AF. I moved a lot as a kid, which was great. I got to live in a different country which was awesome. But as an adult... nah. I’m done moving and really never want to do it again. Plus I can’t be away from my hubs or family deployed. Thats too much.

 

Also. 176lbs today. It’s almost time to start eating in surplus and getting mass. Was doing 4x4@ 245 on bench today and dropped the last rep. Starting to mentally crave heavier weights and bigger muscles.

gonna see what my body looks like at 170 and probably call it good.

Arnold press
Close handed flat bench
Andddd abs.

 

Pay isn't bad, especially if you're on the NH scale

Also the benefits fuckin rock. Plus pension and TSP, can't beat that.

 

No insurance or benefits club over here

And 7.5 hour days

 

Didn’t want to workout today. Forced myself to go get one in anyway. Ended up having a really good chest workout. Short. But felt good.
