    Some of the responses here are really ridiculous. I'm obviously not very active on this forum, so I'm not really here for attention. She actually asked me to post the question on this forum. My original post had some subtle humor to it (bus pass, she's allowed to still drive it, etc.). All is well, I think we will try the touch-up paint.

    My wife did that to with her 14 Sienna. Damage was a little more than yours and it cost me $1000 to fix it. Remember its the labor , paint , supplies and prepping the body for your repair. Its not cheap. I used to work in a body shop.
    My wife whacked one of those yellow poles at Walmart backing into a space recently. It looked awful with yellow paint all over the bumper of her grey van. I got some compound and used my Mothers wheel cleaning ball and took most of it off. The only thing that shows is a few cracks in the bumper cover that I could not get the yellow out of. Decided not to do anymore with it until we see what she backs into next.
