To be fair, most of the teams they’ve played aren’t even in the top 100 as far as passing defense goes...

 

As if nobody in the sec has ever played a schedule similar to what LSU has so far? This is IN HISTORY my man. Not just season. Nobody has EVER done this in the SEC and you’re going to try to tell me LSU’s first 5 games are just so much weaker than any other sec team in history?? Right.

I can read buddy, you wanna read these stats and tell me how difficult LSU's schedule has been... here's the defensive rankings against their FBS opponents GSU 60th, Texas 104th, Vandy 125th and Utah state 95th. Yes they have put up fireworks on offense i'm not slighting them just saying it has come against piss poor defense's

 

97, Manning's last year... Benched in championship game against Neb. Boy did we show him as he went on to be #1 draft pick and multi Superbowl winning QB...

Wisconsin

I’m saying it doesn’t matter how difficult it has or hasn’t been this year my man. Every single other team has had a schedule equally as easy as this one, or difficult, however you look at it, but no other sec team has done what LSU has with it.

LSU has played some serious cupcakes in the past like everyone has, and they’ve still never been able to do what they’ve done on offense this year.

 

Yeah for sure, nobody has ever played a schedule as weak as LSU’s has been this year. Holy moly Texas is weak as hell. Every other SEC school has forever in history played a tougher schedule through 5 games. Look at bama so far this year woahhhhhh so difficult!

I’m not disputing the facts? I’m not saying LSU has played stellar defenses.

I’m saying other sec teams have had equally as easy schedules throughout history, but LSU is the one that holds the record.

Just win. Play the schedule you have and it usually sorts itself out.

I'm with ya though. LSU has always been a defensive school where the offense just had to do just enough to win. Most they years if they had half a usable QB they would've been real good. The Stars are finally aligning for them and it's fun to watch from the outside.

Not an LSU fan... Just want someone other than Bama in the playoffs

 

Everyone saying LSU hasn’t played a good defense seems to forget that they played and beat DBU in week two this season.

It's a Coach O & Burrows thing. Les Miles would never have run up the score to ensure a win. He was to weak on this point. Glad Kansas has him and not us. Maybe the grass taste better there. GEEAAUUX Tigers!
