I've seen others have that happen and it always freaked me out. I'm the guy that checks the tail lights EVERY time I pull my trailers. I also cross my safety chains in case something came loose it would be supported until I can stop. 40 yrs ago, my dad had a trailer break free & went through a grocery store front window. I don't need that to happen. If your trailer tongue hit the ground, you may want to check if it is still square and true. Good Luck.

 

was tired of unsightly scratched flares. Rejuvenated with some plastic filler, sandpaper and rattle can of bedliner spray

 

I haven't checked it yet, but it pulled fine the rest of the day. It drug on the jack, and that's why I expected it to be damaged, but it wasn't. I'll give it another look tomorrow in the daylight.

Nope it’s mostly just 2” of melted ice now. Got up to mid 30s and storm headed to the Dakota and Wisconsin areas.

lol I did that last winter on a stair way. The first week I was allowed to walk after my back surgery... hit some wet steps landed right on my brand new artificial disc.

Hah! I got one more big mod planned, just have to wait a couple months for it to be built. But who knows, maybe there will be a prinsu rack with light bar, ditch lights, etc. etc. after that. We'll see!

And that's the last time we bring it up. Seriously though, it's actually an axe (just not a very big one). I'm heading on a trip home to redwood country, and there is some weather happening around there. The axe is in case any trees or big limbs fall on the road and I need to chop some up to get through. Axe and a shovel can get me through most things I'm likely to encounter. I was just getting ready to mount the axe on my molle panels when the mountain hatch got delivered.

 

Ummmm that might be a bit small for a redwood... this one time in CA, I drove my car through one. A tree, an actual tree... not even kidding.
