One of these can do the job. Usually techs have tech stream that does it all.

gotta need to order myself one of those

I have 2 sets of rims, 1 for winter and the other for summer.

My old Ford Escape just let me throw on whatever and it would pick up the sensors after 50km of driving or so.
The KO2's that i run now/ winter, has the TPMS installed through 4wheelparts when i ordered a set of rims and rubber last year, not knowing that Toyota can't switch through multiple sets of sensors like my Ford could.

Toyota said they'd charge me $30 to reset the sensors each time if i wanted to :notsure:

i'd rather spend the $30 on black electrical tape to block out the light on the dash.

Must be some NASA-grade electrical tape to cost $30 :p

I took off the OEM wheels and tires the day after I got my truck. The TPMS light has been on since then. I've gotten used to it.

On a related note, in 4Lo with the rear locker engaged, the instrument cluster lights up like a Christmas tree, so it's easy to miss an abnormal warning light. Last year in Ardbeg, I mistakenly crawled up an offshoot with the parking brake engaged...

so question; are there any decent front facing cameras that you guys would recommend?

tried piecing together a makeshift front cam last night using my Gopro, a mini quickfist that was too small for anything, and some tip ties. not permanent which is fine and not breaking the bank since i have this stuff already - just wondering if there is something out there you guys know about
    ended up with something like this;

This is basically my setup with a Hero7 mounted to the bumper hoop. When I'm not wheeling, I simply remove the camera and leave the mount in place. Only problem? The GoPro isn't stable enough to run continuously for 4-5 hours at a time. In Ardbeg, it worked on Friday, but kept freezing on Saturday.

Another solution is to run a wireless backup camera. Find one that lets you toggle between normal- and mirrored views. This one looks promising but I haven't tried it: https://www.amazon.ca/Wireless-Android-Viewing-Waterproof-Universal/dp/B07P8XDNPK/

yeah, currently doing the same thing as you are my hero3+ silver
however the quickfist gets removed from the grille instead of the camera itself.

also that back up camera plate frame is neat

Can't you get a go pro app and turn it on/off with it? That will take continuous running out of the equation...

you can turn i off, but to turn it on - you need to get out of the truck.
    At least that's my case.

I've seen a few 4runner rigs on instagram with that setup. I love that look. Ecotechne is based in Venezuela, checked them out when I was looking for a roof rack. Love how their rack fits nice and snug to the body.
