    That sucks. I know CL reply will send messages to my inbox, junk, or bulk mail folders randomly. I have been on the other end also, sellers (or buyers) having my messages go to junk mail. Not everyone looks through their junk folder before deleting it and end up missing messages.

    Their lifetime warranty is a huge factor in that price as well. They stand by their product, as long as it's properly used (not spinning your tires on them).
