Hey I’m not hating on IF. I (inadvertently) did IF a few years back during a cut and it worked great. It was great for my job at the time (wasn’t a spy yet). Do what works for you.

I have more energy and I feel like food and hunger do not control me. Which is cool.

So much so, I think I’m doing keto again.

I’m so in control... I’m giving up beer...

I remember when I was doing IF I didn’t break my fast until 2-3pm. Those white and orange monster drinks are what kept me functioning in the mornings.

What about bleeding from the anus? I hear thats a thing.

Yeah can’t consume anything that induces an insulin response. Artificial sweeteners = insulin response.

Water, black coffee, and green tea are all I do.

I have to wait till feeding window if I want my Coke Zero

I did IF and did the same as @tacopaulo an would start my window at 2 or 3 and then eat until I went to sleep around 10. My body would not get hungry in the mornings. But if I wake up and eat carbs I’ll be hungry again mid morning. My breakfast now has very little carbs for that reason...

But during my fast I just stuck to water. I snacked on pickles sometimes. I’ve seen much better results from my current plan which is just timing when I eat what. My only fast is when I’m asleep :hungry:

I won’t ever do a Spartan race again. I’ve done 2, and the 2nd one had a mud pit where you had to fully submerge under a wall. I shat blood for 3 days from some kind of bacterial infection :bananadead:

Hook grip? I'm not competing so I love using my versa grips on heavy DLs.

    Yep.

I’ll pull with straps when the reps are high or my hands are beat up. Hook is just stronger than mixed for me so I use it.
    And yep.

Ok, I almost have an aneurism from excessive laughter every time I watch that.

The Banana one is awesome too.
    That wasn’t on their website.

Yes. As long as you are physically able to do them safely.
Squats and Deads are exercises that really build solid and foundational strength that is transferable into life among nearly every athletic discipline.
    Same with yoga.

With squats and deads there are no equals and there are no substitutions.

All that being said I fucking hate squats.

Thanks for explaining. I've heard the no salt thing so many times I've really been puzzled by it. Kept wondering if it was the type of /weathersnow or just that they had a better way to deal with it that the knuckleheads in the northeast hadn't figured out yet! lol Sounds like a bit of both. Fortunately I moved to a place that gets so little snow (although I miss it) they just shut most everything down and nobody goes anywhere that doesn't absolutely have to for a day or 2! haha Except for some light scratches and knicks my 02 Tacoma looks almost like new-and theres been times where it may not even get washed for over a year! Love lunar mist. :D
