Stainless Laser Cut Grilles starting at $199 - Now with 2018+ TSS

So i ended up color matching the plate for the letters and just wanted to share it here. I’m loving the grill and get compliments all the time on it.

I've got (2) Tacoma and (1) plain in stock right now. Here's some that shipped earlier this week.

These don't require drilling on the grille frame, except for the area where our TSS bracket connects to the stock grille. EZPZ install. There will be a new install video to reflect the changes in no-drilling on the frame as well as the TSS sensor install.

We're almost through the 2016's that require drilling, the next batch will not need drilling at all. I think there's 4-5 left, still at rock bottom pricing.

 

Showed this to a local buddy and yeah he may one, I know whenever I can get my 2018 Inferno I'm so going with this isn't of the pro grill

 

Got mine for the 2018 in the mail today. I haven't installed it yet - hot as balls here and I'm waiting on another mod to arrive - but already I'm impressed. The packaging was really clean and it would be hard for even the yahoo at the post office to bend it. Hardware is thorough and comes well labeled, with QR code links to install videos and even a cool little LED flashlight Def gives the impression of a professional outfit.

Once I get the grille on I'll post up some pics.

 

Finally got through the first batch of the plain 2016-17's. I guess I'll make a small batch with revised mounting bolts so that no drilling is req'd. Hit me up if you want to preorder one ($199).

2016-17's with letters ($229) are still large holes until we can get through that inventory.

 

Finally installed mine after getting it months ago...solid overall. Matt at Custom Car Grills returned my voicemail promptly and was helpful with install advice.

I had to increase the diameter of the two center (upper and lower) mounting holes of the bezel (not the actual grill) to get the bolts to pass through; I did this with a drill...the bolts passed through all the other bezel holes without too much trouble.

I got this sent raw, so powder-coating was done locally in a gun metal grey along with some other parts for the truck (side steps, voodoo bed rack, hitch, etc)...the Toyota comes across subtle with it being all one color...doesn't pop like the color matched ones but is a personal preference thing...

These were out of stock for a little while. I just finished up another small batch of the 2016-17's w/o lettering.

The newly revised plain ones have a smaller bolt that now installs without any drilling. It's just a simply plug and play 15 min install now. We'll revise the lettered ones if we ever get through the inventory of the current batch.

Actually have 1 more plain 2016-17 version with the bigger bolt holes left. It was cut a pinch short on the bottom (which means there will be a very small gap on the bottom edge), will sell for 1/2 price if anyone is interested.

 

Can I get an all black one with no lettering ?

These are cut from stainless steel, and all the hardware is stainless steel. Rust should not be an issue.

Short, meaning... not tall. The distance from top to bottom on future versions of the full replacement stainless steel grille TSS window will be greater than the distance on the current version. The current version works fine, there is not a functional issue with it, but the top of the TSS bracket shows through the bottom row of slots on the plain one a little more than I like. I recognize this is less than ideal and in the next revision, I am fixing this visibility by making the window taller. I have a couple 2018+ that say "TACOMA" on them in stock. I can make a TOYOTA one, 1-2 week lead time on it.
