    Doing a little trip planning for my next National Park road trip and right now I'm leaning towards a CO/UT trip to hit up Rocky Mountain NP, Brainerd Lakes RA, Flourisant Fossil Beds, Sand Dunes NP, Curicanti NRA, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, CO NM, Dinosaur NM, and if I have time I might swing through Mesa Verde, Hovenweep and Arches too.
    This will likely be happening in the fall - late September-ish as I want to be in Estes Park for the crazy bull elk. I'll be camping and probably looking at 2 weeks total for all of this.

    Anyone have any personal must see's or must do's at any of the above mentioned parks? Or any other pointers for a first timer? I've done Arches before but all CO points of interest are new to me. Looking for camping pointers (campgrounds are fine with me so long as I have a nice view and easy access to the parks but I'm good out in the middle of nowhere too), day hiking recomendations and great photo ops. Animals are a must - want to see the elk rut in Rocky and I know the Brainerd area is swarming with moose.
