    I know I got it from your posted part # so it is Cloyes equivalent to the one you posted.

    Interestingly, the inner race is softer on the Cloyes so it was much easier to cut and there is more resistance on the seals. Probably so the seals will wear their own groove in?

    With the non Cloyes brand I broke my bandsaw blade trying to cut it. :D

    Also I ended up not using a nut on the back simply because it was a pain getting a wrench back there.

    M8x60 10.9 bolt is what I used.

    Cloyes 99421 is the bearing. Rockauto has it.

    Still need to get a fp gauge. Not sure if I want a Speedhut in the cab or fluid filled in engine.
    Also will need to make sure I have all fittings etc before diving in on this.

    Small is what I want as long as it can handle sufficient flow with headroom. I know what you mean though, the rails are killer!!!

    They arent. Someone on the forum made one for himself (not me) and may have made an extra set or two for others because they liked it. Jesse is being admirable :thumbsup:by not putting the person on the spot.
    I will say it looks super clean and is not hard to do really. 1/8" ABS, proper hole saw, covering of your choice.

    they arent. i made mine from carbon fiber plate and covered it with 3m matte black wrap.

    Ill let you know when I remove my stock rails. If billet rails have a larger internal cavity (like a mini fuel reservoir) then yes they are a benefit. They also allow us to more easily add more robust components more closely aligned with our power output such as fp regulators, pulse dampers, etc.

    Our oem stuff works fine though.

    They might make fuel delivery more stable. Not necessarily a performance increase but a safer engine due to the more consistent delivery.

    Rails? About $1K unless you can get another gb. We got them for less than half that due to 19 person gb.
