    Hi Mat,

I've sent a couple emails to the help desk. Can you confirm the help desk email? Having trouble getting the software on my truck. Running 1.05 87.
    Thanks

My bad, the link was broken.

Price breakdown for those considering gears from ECGS is here.

"Alternatively, without the ARB locker (and all accessories), 4:88's would have been $2,270 installed"

Thanks for the tips! Picking up an impact woble (didn't know that was a thing) and ratchet wrench for the morning project. BTW, do you have the torque spec for the manifold nuts and 02 sensor? Also, you recommend antiseize for the sensor threads?

@OVTune I downloaded the Open Flash Manager software, it does see the handheld. There doesn’t seem to be an update function. The handheld looks to be empty. It doesn’t see any tune files on it. Also the error # I got when trying to read is 10003, I followed all of the suggestions that open flash suggest, but it’s still doing the same thing.

Not sure where you are (maybe add your location info so others in your area can assist) - there is a post back several pages that list individuals here that will assist in TSB's - do a search and see if one of them is in your area. Otherwise - if you are 04b01 you need to be 04b04. You want to be 04b04 to take maximum benefit of the truck and OVTune. You can try the dealer - do a search for tsb's and print them out and take them with you to the dealer. It is likely your dealer will say they can't replicate and won't do the update(s). Be prepared to tell them of the symptoms (listed in the tsb) and they need to fix the issue(s). Btw - The TSb's are not recalls and they are free to the owner. They are emission modifications and any applicable vehicle can have them done upto 80K miles or ?yrs or service - so unless you have more than 80k miles your truck is eligible.

edit: corrected to reflect @riz_atx input. Thanks @riz_atx!

You can go from 04b00, 04b01, 04b02, 04b03 direct to 04b04. No need to step through the versions.

Grab the 04b04 calibration tsb and that's all that's needed.

No I don't have the specs,I just tightened them down evenly just a bit past snug with an extra grunt...lol. I have been doing this so long you just get a feel for how tight is tight enough. I didn't use any anti seize but it can't hurt, just make sure not to get any on the sensor itself.

Expand the top included post - now that you added your location.....looks like you are in luck and can get a TW member to assist. Reach out to @PapaRee and see if he can assist. GL.

so i got it all done. i had the stumble,so i reflashed to 1.05.1, seems like the throttle sensitivity is less. i reset the at values, didn’t touch the LV, i read that it said you don’t really need to touch that, so i didn’t.
anything else i need to do or that it?

Didn’t see it lock at 40 in D with CC set. Not even in D with CC not set. The only time I saw it lock was with ECT and/or S mode at that speed.
Messing around with all these settings made me realize how much I miss a functional ECT. From a stop, I turned ECT on and drove off as I normally would (understanding it wouldn’t downshift) and it drove so nice!
