For the mean time here’s one that was already done and is clear. The outputs going to the actuator will go to 1 and 2

    4 will go to ground
5 will go to the ground side of one led
6 will go to the ground of another led
Both leds will need either constant 12v or switched 12v from the key
    this is one option

do you have a wiring diagram for a 1st gen? I had my bank 2 knock sensor throw a code so I want to wire it in with my bank 1 so i can bypass it. The truck was running great andI supercharged it and it was great. Then I wired in urds 7th injector and now im getting the p0330 code and am in limp mode

What do you think about this? Would something like this work for you? I think you can do something with a push button that cycles the way the factory does but it might be a little more complicated. But like I said if u don’t like this way we’ll figure it out

thanks The only other thing I did was change my plugs but Im thinking my plug wires might be arcing and triggering the bank 2 knock sensor. I am going to buy new ones in the morning before I wire them together. I found the wires leading to the sensors but not sure which is which

I guess my file of the fsm is missing some stuff. I’m pretty sure you have. A signal wire. Ground. And two wires for the warming element.
Should be pretty easy to see if the wires are arcing. Arcs from the wire at a spark plug will hit pretty hard and leave a mark. Maybe pull um and visually inspect the ends. Maybe you’ll get lucky and you just need some new boots

I didn't see any marks but the wires got hot and melted to the last set of plugs. the plugs looked perfect I just was changing them out for cooler plugs. i can touch the outside of the plugwires and get a reading on my multimeter

no just onto the plugs just on bank 2. the truck probably ran lean a few times and got hot everything else looks good though oil coolant it ran really good it just happened as soon as i wired in the urd unit I soldered the connections and the truck ran with the new unit for about 10 minutes then started throwing the code in bank 2

Yeah man lean is mean but it makes some fuckn heat. I’d say you’re correct the plugs/boots starting arching which caused a lot of heat and melted them
Or the motor ran lean and the head was hot as shit. It seems less likely to me though.
have you thought about an o2 simulator ?

I actually just bought an o2 simulator but have not installed it yet. I didn't think that would help me

f852eac2a66557f079aeeedf7c56bbbb.jpg the wiring looks solid, are these type switches going to work like that though?

you might be able to find one that style but this particular set up will require a momentary on-off-on switch.

TRD Off Road sticker. Not the whole package, just the sticker.
I know this slightly off topic but does anyone know of any good apps for drawing electrical diagrams.

Inkscape can be bent into that purpose:

If you want something more complicated, then there's also Kicad, but it's probably overkill if you're not making pcbs
