    It won't be the foundation I live on. So... lol

    We'll likely warm back up a bit in a few days. So I'm not super surprised. Honestly though, having a house there instead of a weed infested lot next spring will mean I can keep my lawn looking nicer. So hard to get rid of dandelions when there's vacant lots next door.

    oddly construction is a 365 thing up here. they'll dig and get things ready. as soon as the forecast has 2 or 3 warm days they'll pour the concrete, frame it up super quick and dry in the roof then take their time on the inside stuff until spring hits and they can finsh the outside stuff.
