I don't want that guy coming to my place to deliver anything for me, if he's going to drive like an idiot.

People think the parking brake is just an emergency brake. Use it even in an automatic to avoid accidents like this. You're much less likely to forget to do both (put into P and apply parking brake) if you're in the habit. People and children get run over every year because of mistakes like this.

from my personal pizza delivery experiences (during the early 90s) i used MT car only and always had the emergency/parking brake on! ... only because i usually left er running in neutral while I made said delivery of yummy pizza :hungry:

I like the added horn. Horn fills in just the correct amount of ambience and lightens the area perfectly.

How do we know this is Florida without even checking? See, it's the horn. Perfect!

    It’s a gate, not a fence.

And that was pretty funny when he reversed the truck with his door open

Are you arguing that the gate is not part of the fence?

A gate is part of the fence...OK, then he ran into a part of the fence... aka the gate.

    Thanks for playing.

Do you call a piston an engine? I mean it’s part of the engine.

If you hit the top of an engine with a hammer you could say you hit the engine or you could say you hit the valve cover. Both are correct. Hitting the gate is a little more descriptive and specific, so I'd favor that. But one must consider the sophistication of the recipient when choosing words.
