    That’s why everyone and there brother piles into this area feeding the outfitters and driving up the cost of hunting for everybody else. Land costs and hunting leases are ridiculous and yet Illinois DNR does nothing to preserve our deer herd. The DNR is in a Kill,Kill,Kill state of mind.
