I’ve got a vidmar on one side, 4x4 stainless steel legs with a brace on the other side of a 6ft piece of butcher block. Damn bench probably weighs about as much as my corolla

I believe they’re different on ADD axles which just have a simple c clip. This is a thick snap ring that holds the axle firm against the spindle.

Ah ok yeah I haven't seen a snap ring on my ADD axles, at least not one that needed replacing

I believe this is on manual axle and not ADD because with ADD you have an axle nut. With Manual it’s just the this ring and an M6 bolt on the end holding it in.

Yea somewhat messy I can't fit the truck in the garage so I have to work on it in the gravel driveway, but I know everything I have and exactly where it's at lol for the most part

Went and saw Joker tonite. Definetly feeds into Heath Ledgers version very well. Very dark though.

Makes sense. I looked up CV snap ring and a bunch showed up that Dorman sells...would think the parts store would carry them but I've been disappointed with what they carry and don't carry many times

You sure it's a one time use?

When I was looking back at those videos by lowrangeoffroad and other guys, about rebuilding hubs and the sort, they all easily removed that ring and set it aside for later use. Upon installation, they reused the same ring.

We're talking about the ring and washer right? The ones in lieu of the ADD 35mm nut?

Watching it tonight, after a 12-13hr work day.

Hoping to enjoy it; I keep hearing conflicting comments.

I think most of the negative reviews come from those were expecting it to be more 'Batman' related or are the types to get offended by everything.

Looking forward to the mod day, or mod late afternoon in my case lol. Boss is in town this month and as a result work is a lot busier right now. Also earlier this week I told him I was having a kid in a few months and he gave me an unexpected raise yesterday...so I'm hesitant to ask for the afternoon off on Wed lol. But I'll play it by ear and see how the day looks

It was a good movie, more of a psycho thriller than a superhero/villain movie. It was tied together really well towards the end, if youve seen Ledgers version you'll notice a lot of similarities between the actors.
