Good Point good point, I hadn't thought of the new color yet. Yeah with cement you'll want like a dark gray or black huh? You're on the right track it looks like

 

ehh kinda? i couldnt get the original clean to save my life.

 

im sure the tan all cleaned up will look fine.
but finding the sandalwood color door panels with power windows is stupid hard to do. and new theyre 500 each.. so i may be forced to get different color interior just because i cant find the damn door panels! lol

 

Either way, if you can change the color of the interior to go with the exterior I think you’ll be happier. Unless you plan on using the tundra in a way that it’ll get super dusty inside, brown is nice for that

 

i plan on mostly being a dick in it. and towing.

Toyota: makes neatly organized angular and boxy dashes for the entire time it has been a company

Also Toyota: It's 2000™ now.... makes rounded organic paintsplatter grade smattering of buttons that looks like ass, but only on the fullsize vehicles lol

1st Gen tundra dash is nasty

 

Yeah a 10k ohm temp prob

 

sequoia, tundra, sienna are the only ones affected by this mess. but at least its a solid built interior like the old yotas. no rattles and it all feels solid

 

i'll just do a third gen tacoma dash swap. they're close in size it might work! lol

 

Yes, so is its goofy front end and even moreso its gross stepside bed



It was trying so hard to be an F-150 it actually became even uglier

but yes stepsides are butt ugly

 

I legit don't like 1st gen tundras, might be one of the ugliest things Toyota has ever created. The best part about them are the parts that fit 1st gen tacomas. But for $700 I totally understand why Dan has his, still a steal.
