Leading the boys down the last bit of technical trail after playing in the puddles...

The 297/75r16 KO2s did great on all fronts.

Do you have any pics of said bumper? I recently added an ARB bull bar. Immediately I see that some modification is going to be needed. I'm good with my tall skinny's, but have a set of 285's i picked up cheap. The next set I buy will be 295 or 315. I was hoping to detailed the mod to the bumper. How much you cut, and the lines you followed. I'll figure it out when they hit what needs cut, but any guidance before that would be appreciated.

I just followed the factory bend that was there, gave me an extra 4" of clearance.

Nice, it looks good as well. I was worried about how it would look once chopped, and once you commit you can't go back. At least I can't go back without enlisting someone to weld it for me. I think I'll follow that same line as it looks great aesthetically, maybe even better than the original line.

    Airing the 295/75’s back up.
What do you all use for air? I’ve been very pleased with my Viair set up.

Viair 400p. It’s pretty darn good for the price.

Same one I have. I agree. Great compressor, especially for the price.

Arb single portable, that I hardwired to the battery and put in an expedition essentials bedside cubby. Nice and tidy. No lifting the hood anymore for me!

I had to get in on the action... 295/75/16’s Cooper AT3 XLT’s. Coming from Duratracs and so far way smoother ride but we’ll see when I hit rain and snow what I really think about them. Thanks guys for the push!

Update from me, I am going back to 285s for daily driving... Love my 295s but was averaging 15.7 and 285s I am averaging 19.3... I kind want to keep my 295s for big wheeling trips and treat them like snow tires.. When I want them on I bring them into Discount and they swap them..

Also is there some kind of math equation I should be doing to account for the bigger tires vs. stock? I forget the ratio for larger tires, maybe I am getting better than 19.3 with the 285s?

    just a few things.
That’s a lot of money to switch back and forth. Just find a set of cheap rims and throw them on there. That’s what I would do.

Have you guys been able to run a full size spare in the stock location? Or are you relocating it?

I relocated mine to the bed, though others have modified the stock brackets to make it work.
