I came in early to verify some alignment numbers from night shift. It's going good we had a lot of trouble with the motor base but finally got it shimmed and level. Then got the motor set yesterday evening.

It's a 4000hp motor that drives a Sag mill for grinding ore.

Had another productive and great break out at Danny's cabin.
Another cool old tractor at his neighbors: ('56 Allis Chalmers)

Moved an old stick shed from an old cabin site about half a mile to use as shelter in cowpen. It'll need a little churching up, but it was a quick solution to shelter them through this first Winter:

Got a little snow Thursday night:

Turkeys he introduced in the area a few years ago are thriving:

That rebuild completed?...or how long does a job that size take on average?

    :hattip: Aternoon Eddie
That looks like a few inches...did it melt off, or is Winter truly kicking into gear there?

:crapstorm:Kinda came & went. Most trees didn't lose there leaves yet so lots down. Close to 50K Folks lost power. Gets worse goin' West & of course open areas. Wind gusts to about 60Mph so it was rockin' too.
